As a precondition for getting emailed the Questions, You agree to the following.

1. You are the authorized user logging in using the email address above to access and download the Questions.
2. Organization is the company, university, institute, foundation, or other legal entity identified above by whom You are employed and whom You represent.
3. The Questions and the Questions Data Set refer(s) to the set of questions in AI AgriBench version 0.5, and the file containing them, made available by the AI AgriBench benchmarking consortium through the Center for Digital Agriculture, UIUC.
4. Access Period is a period of 30 CALENDAR DAYS starting from one day after You, acting on behalf of Organization, download the Questions.
5. You and Organization promise that you will NOT share or distribute the Questions or any part thereof to any other organization, group, or individual outside Organization. You and Organization will exercise the same degree of care in protecting access to the Questions that you would use for protecting your valuable intellectual property.
6. You and Organization promise that Organization will not use the Questions or any part, or any Derivative work, thereof for model training, fine-tuning, or any form of dataset creation, at any time either during or after the Access Period.
7. You and Organization promise that you will NOT use the Questions in the development of any commercial purposes, including any product or service offered for sale, lease, license, distribution, network access, consulting, or otherwise offered for payment.
8. You and Organization promise to ensure that during the Access Period, only those individuals within Organization will be given access to the Questions who absolutely require to see them for the purposes of generating Your responses or for interpreting the AI AgriBench benchmarking results.
9. You and Organization promise that you will DELETE all copies of the Questions or portions or Derivatives thereof, and you will NOT record or retain the Questions or any part thereof in any form BEYOND the Access Period, including but not limited to logs, cached copies, embeddings, translations, extracted fragments, modified questions, any substantial portions of the questions included within your responses, or any other derived artifacts.
